Irish guerrillas withdraw warning on rail-link risk

Irish Republican Army guerrillas withdrew a warning thursday that they issued last week which said people using the railroad between Belfast and Dublin were risking their lives. The statement said the IRA campaign to end Northern Ireland's link with Britain was aimed at economic and military targets and not individuals.
