Egypt wants crisis decree for its border with Libya

The Egyptian government will ask parliament to impose a state of emergency along the country's desert border with Libya, it announced Monday. The move was a response to statements by Libyan leader Muammar al-Qaddafi that Libyan armed forces should "train their weapons" on Egypt and is expected to be in force by Wednesday.
