US to return news film taken from Coast TV crew

The US government has decided to return to public television station KQED some news film confiscated Thursday night by federal officials at the US Naval Weapons Station in Concord, Calif. Three film crew members were arrested while filming on the base without the permission of the commanding officer. They were investigating whether the Navy was storing, or is preparing to store, nuclear weapons on the facility.The FBI said the film would be returned after sections were copied for possible use in prosecuting the crew.
