Capt. Robert L. Gould, a 747 jumbo jet pilot and an official of the Air Line Pilots Association, has been nominated by Pan American World Airways for its board. He is expected to be seated officially at a stockholders meeting May 11. Pan Am's five unions agreed last fall to help the airline get back in the black after heavy losses in 1981.
