Argentine human rights leader detained?

Leading Argentine human-rights activist Jose Westerkamp was arrested by police in the southern province of Chubut, his wife said Sunday.

Mrs. Westerkamp said her husband telephoned her to say he believes the Rawson Federal Court intends to press contempt charges against him connected with critical comments he made to a local newspaper on the province's federal justice.
