Reagan signs bus reform bill

President Reagan signed the Bus Regulatory Reform Act of 1982 Monday, calling it ''a significant milestone'' and a boon for private enterprise.

The bill, which deregulates intercity busing, will remove ''closed door'' restrictions that prevent buses from picking up and letting off passengers at intermediate points.
