Congress budget analysis differs from Reagan's

The Congressional Budget Office said its analysis of President Reagan's budget shows it would produce a $176 billion deficit in 1984. This is $13 billion less than even the administration expects. But the analysis also concludes that the President's long-range plan would produce larger-than-expected deficits in later years.
