Four Democratic presidential hopefuls lashed into President Reagan's educational policies Saturday. Addressing a Democratic Governors forum on education in Portland, Maine, Walter Mondale, Ernest Hollings, Gary Hart, and Reubin Askew slammed the President for cutting aid to education and for failing to develop a constructive national policy.
