Troopers arrested 210 women who scaled the Seneca Army Depot fence to protest nuclear weapons Monday. Some 300 flag-waving local residents, like those to the left, taunted the demonstrators while a long line of police kept the two groups apart. The antinuclear protesters are members of the Encampment for a Future of Peace and Justice, which claims the Romulus, N.Y., depot stores Pershing and cruise missiles. The Army has refused to say whether nuclear weapons are stored there.
