Other people's houses

Child, you cannot live in other people's houses. The silver napkin rings in the house next door told me that when I was six. (O lovely house next door!) The silver rings caught the sun and winked at me. And whispered: Child, you cannot find kindness by moving into the house next door. You must find that house within you.
