Tornado Weather

The sky is a cumbersome sky. Dark blue and black storm clouds fly like vultures with drooping wings. Wind in the treetops sings. Looking out, we survey the storm, threats that form and re-form above villages, fields, and homes. Thunder sullenly roams growling, back of the hills. Air sometimes ominously stills....

Then lightning cuts like a sword and the rage that was moving toward us stumbles - and staggers away! Darkness dissolves into gray, and relief wells up in our hearts as the calm, steady downpour starts....
