WORLD MEDIA

In this issue The Christian Science Monitor presents to its readers "The World's Water," a joint project with the World Media Network. World Media is a consortium of 24 newspapers around the world that publishes twice-yearly reports on topics of global concern.

Each newspaper contributes articles and interviews from various corners of the globe for all participants to draw upon. Additional articles will appear in later issues of the Monitor.

"The World's Water" is specially presented to coincide with the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development in Rio de Janeiro, which opens June 3.
