2.) Austin, Texas
3.) Fargo, N.D.
4.) Savannah, Ga.
5.) Sioux Falls, S.D.
FOREIGN INVESTMENT
Foreigners shoveled more of their real-estate dollars this year into US cities with booming economies, especially those heavy with high-tech firms. The Washington-based Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate lists the following cities as the top places for foreign investment:

3.) San Francisco
4.) Boston
5.) Chicago
