Missy Franklin, 17, specializes in freestyle, backstroke, and individual medley. Along with her teammates, she holds the world record in the 4 by 100-meter medley relay. Individually, she holds the world record in the 200-meter backstroke. Franklin lives in Aurora, Colo. and attends Regis Jesuit High School. She has size 13 feet, which her dad calls, "built-in flippers."
