Reality television star Kim Kardashian (l.) is suing Old Navy for its ad campaign featuring model Melissa Molinaro (r.), arguing that Ms. Molinaro's appearance and style are carbon copies of Ms. Kardashian's. By that logic, she will have to sue everyone for whom Ms. Molinaro models.
