Soldiers search for looters in a market that was already ransacked in the aftermath of the 8.8-magnitude earthquake in Lota, Chile, on Tuesday. After Saturday's massive earthquake, troops patrolled to quell looting and the government acknowledged that it has battled to provide aid swiftly because of crumpled highways and major power disruptions caused by the earthquake.
