Women participate in a Muslim prayer service that brought together Christian and Muslim women to honor the civilians killed in three months of postelection violence, following Friday prayers at a mosque in the Treichville neighborhood of Abidjan, Ivory Coast. A day earlier, the women's group had attended a Catholic mass together. More than 400 people have been killed in violence, most of them supporters of the internationally recognized election winner, Ouattara.
