Officials at the National Transportation Safety Board in Washington display the damaged piece of the Boeing 737-300 fuselage from the April 1 Southwest Airlines plane. The hole tore open 20 minutes after the flight took off from Phoenix. Southwest said it was making repairs on five older planes after inspections found fuselage cracks, and added that flight operations were returning to normal on Tuesday.
