4. He kind of doesn't like Colin Powell

In his book, Rumsfeld talks about how he never saw Mr. Powell, then secretary of State, question the wisdom of the Iraq war during White House meetings. There were lots of stories in the papers about that, however. “Powell did not do a good job managing the people under him,” Rumsfeld told Ms. Sawyer of ABC. “There was a lot of leaking out of the State Department.”
