For the Record (3)

Federal prosecutors are expected to oppose releasing three anti-Castro Cubans whose convictions in the Washington murder of former Chilean Ambassador Orlando Letelier were set aside by a three-judge panel of the US Circuit Court of Appeals. The prosecutors can appeal for a rehearing before the full appeals court and the Supreme Court. If the appeals fail, they can call for new trials.
