Motorcde for Franco gets drivers in trouble

Spanish police suspended the drivers' licenses of about 1,500 ultrarightists who sped through Madrid in motorcades over the weekend to mark the sixth anniversary of Gen. Francisco Franco's death.

Tens of thousands gathered Sunday for a rally in central Madrid.
