Turkey's 7.2 magnitude earthquake

Emergency personnel tend to Ferhat Tokay on Oct. 28 after he was rescued from the rubble of a collapsed building 108 hours after a 7.2 magnitude earthquake hit Ercis, Van province, Turkey. The quake leveled about 2,000 buildings in eastern Turkey, killing at least 573 people and leaving about 2,500 injured and thousands of homeless. Authorities say another 5,700 buildings are now unfit for habitation.
