The next Soyuz mission, with two Americans and a Russian on board, will blast off from Kazakhstan early Wednesday and head for the International Space Station.

The Russian Soyuz TMA-19 spacecraft set to carry a new crew to the international space station is transported from a hangar to the launch pad at the Russian-leased Baikonur Cosmodrome in Baikonur, Kazakhstan, Sunday, June 13, 2010.
The Soyuz TMA-19 vehicle carrying Russian cosmonaut Fyodor Yurchikhin, U.S. astronauts Shannon Walker and Doug Wheelock, is scheduled for orbit on June 16, 2010 and docking with the space station two days later.
